Delete Your Account

The quickest way. It takes effect immediately. 1. Open the Jyotishify app and sign in. 2. Open Settings (the gear icon at the top of the home screen). 3. Tap "Delete account" and confirm. You will be signed out, and the data listed below is removed straight away.

To delete a jyotishify.com website account, or if you no longer have the app or cannot sign in, email us at cs@jyotishify.com with the subject "Delete my account". Send it from the email address you signed in with, or include the phone number on your account, so we can find it and confirm it is yours. We will delete the account within 7 days and reply to confirm.

• Your name, email address and phone number. • All birth profiles saved on your account (names, dates, times and places of birth). • Your AI astrologer questions and answers. • Your chat messages with astrologers, and the birth details you shared with them. • Reviews you wrote. • Your notification settings and device notification tokens.

• Payment, wallet and order records (amount, date, what was bought) are kept without your name or contact details, for as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires (up to 8 years). • A record that a consultation took place (date, length and charge) is kept the same way, because it is the astrologer's earnings record. • Delivered report files are removed from our storage 60 days after delivery, whether or not you delete your account. The copy emailed to you stays in your mailbox. • Data held by Google for your Google Play subscription is managed by Google under its own policy.

• Birth profiles: delete any profile from the Profiles screen in the app. • AI questions and answers, and astrologer chats, are deleted automatically 30 days after they are made. • For anything else, email cs@jyotishify.com and tell us what you would like removed.

Deleting your account does not cancel a Google Play subscription. Cancel it first in the Play Store app: tap your profile picture → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Jyotishify → Cancel.
