Refund Policy

At AstroDefined, we are committed to providing accurate and high-quality Vedic astrology readings. Due to the nature of our digital and personalized services, we have the following refund policy: • Once a reading/report has been delivered to your email, it is considered complete and non-refundable. • If you have not yet received your report within the promised 24–48 hour delivery window, you may contact us for a status update or to request a refund. • Refunds are evaluated case-by-case and at the sole discretion of AstroDefined.

Refunds will NOT be issued in the following situations: • The report has already been delivered to your email address. • You provided incorrect birth details and the report was generated based on the information you submitted. • You simply changed your mind after placing the order. • The reading did not match your expectations (note: astrology readings are based on planetary positions and are subjective in nature). • Delays caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by you.

To request a refund, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your order (before delivery): 1. Email us at cs@astrodefined.com with the subject: "Refund Request - [Your Order ID]" 2. Or message us on WhatsApp: +91-9617694519 3. Include your full name, email address used for purchase, and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.

Orders can be cancelled only before the reading/report has been started or delivered. Once our expert has begun working on your personalized reading, cancellation is not possible as significant expert time and effort has already been invested. For urgent cancellation requests, contact us immediately via WhatsApp at +91-9617694519 for the fastest response.

If a refund is approved: • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days. • The refund will be credited back to the original payment method (credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking). • Processing time may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. • We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.

We will do our best to resolve your concern. All disputes are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Narsinghpur, Madhya Pradesh, India, as stated in our Terms and Conditions.
